At the Jefferson Township Roads Department, our mission is to uphold the highest standard in maintaining over 22 miles of our township’s roadways, ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. Our team carries out thorough inspections of all roads on a weekly basis, diligently addressing any emerging issues.<\/p>

Over the last 20 years, our Township Trustees have been instrumental in paving most of our roadways, astutely utilizing state grants to facilitate this progress. We are proud to share that nearly all our roads are now paved, with the remaining few scheduled for paving soon.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Challenges are inevitable, but our resolve to swiftly complete road projects is steadfast. We invite you to regularly visit this page for updates on new projects aimed at further improving our roads. Please note that, as part of our annual schedule, road construction projects typically wind down in the fall. However, our commitment to the continuous maintenance and enhancement of Jefferson Township’s roadways is a year-round endeavor.<\/p>
